We offer returns on defective items only. Any defective product must be returned within 30 days of purchase . If 30 days has gone, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in it’s original packaging.
To be eligible for a refund, once your item has been received and inspected, an email notification will be sent to let you know the defective item has been received and if your refund has been approved or denied. If your refund is approved, you will receive your refund applied to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
