We make every effort to ship the same day an order is made however, allow 24-48 hours for processing Monday to Friday
Taxes/Shipping/Handling: Duties, taxes, and handling fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Errors in shipping addresses are the responsibility of the customer
We cannot guarantee delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances due to weather, natural disasters, etc.
Returns:
We offer returns on defective product only.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such as nail brushes, stamping polishes and gel polishes cannot be returned once they have been opened and or used, (for sanitary reasons).
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your defective item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
