Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
Shipping, Returns & Cancellations
Please review our Shipping, Returns & Cancellation Policy. For orders over $100, Claw’d by Katie LLC offers free standard shipping. We are not responsible for lost packages but please contact us at clawdbykatie@gmail.com so that we can work towards a resolution should that happen. Standard shipping fees apply to orders under $100. Processing time for your order is 7-10 business days from purchase. We do not offer returns or refunds based on the nature of the item as each set of nails is handmade to order according to the infornation provided by you. We accept cancellations up to 24 hours after purchase. After 24 hours, we are unable to provide a cancellation.
